Job summary

Digital Harbor Foundation seeks an AmeriCorps Planning Manager to oversee all aspects of the Career Navigators program, from planning through implementation and ongoing improvement.

You will lead needs assessments, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and curriculum design, coordinating with partners and funders to achieve measurable outcomes in workforce development. Hybrid role with occasional in-office meetings in Baltimore, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience; PMP certification encouraged to apply.
• Experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Needs Assessment within Career Navigators program.
• Define objectives and KPIs for workforce development initiatives.
• Engage community partners, employers, and funders.
• Develop program budget and allocate resources.
• Design structured curriculum covering career readiness and digital skills.
• Recruit and train Career Navigators or instructors.
• Develop marketing and outreach strategies for enrollment.
• Coordinate class scheduling and training events.
• Monitor progress and evaluate against KPIs.
• Adapt program design based on evaluation results.
• Supervise program staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders and partners.
• Address issues to ensure program success.
• Maintain high-quality curriculum and instructional standards.
• Explore opportunities for expansion and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with legal matters and reporting.
