Job summary

Scion Nonprofit Staffing in New York, NY, is seeking a Program Manager to lead workforce development and education initiatives across the United States. You will oversee program implementation, strengthen partnerships, manage planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting, and help ensure high-quality outcomes for youth-serving programs.

The role is hybrid in New York with up to four days in the office and involves travel, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building activities.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multiple workforce development or youth programs.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and program evaluation best practices.
• Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of workforce and education programs.
• Build relationships with nonprofit, corporate, government, and community partners.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
• Develop training materials and resources; promote best practices.
• Support funding proposals, program communications, stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor trends to strengthen organizational impact.
