Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Intermediate or Mid Level Planner / Scheduler to join our team. You will analyze CPM schedules, perform reviews, and prepare TIA reports while communicating with clients and maintaining relationships. The role offers a hybrid work model with two in-office days weekly or on client sites.

You will leverage tools like Primavera P6 and Acumen along with PowerBI and Excel to deliver insightful dashboards and reports for project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Planning / Scheduling experience.
• Degree in a related field (or related work experience in lieu).
• Experience developing and analyzing schedules for large-scale projects.
• Hybrid model: in-office two days per week or client site.
• Experience in Vertical Construction, Advanced facilities, Biopharma, Oil and Gas, Power Utilities, Nuclear, Infrastructure, Transportation, Water Treatment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contractors’ CPM schedules and perform technical schedule reviews.
• Prepare variance reports and recommend schedule improvements.
• Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and constructability/value engineering analyses related to schedules.
• Serve as scheduling SME in client interactions and maintain relationships.
• Develop and customize schedule reports and dashboards (PowerBI) for stakeholders.
