This hybrid position combines administrative, data-related and communications duties within EDF's Development department. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Planned Gift Administration, you will manage mail and inquiries in Salesforce, process estate distributions, coordinate the charitable gift annuity process, and support data cleanup and team operations

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in development/office/customer service.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
• Planned Giving experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Scan and upload mail and manage inquiries in Salesforce, routing leads appropriately.
• Perform administrative tasks for the Planned Giving team and support invoicing and expenses.
• Track open estates for timely follow-up with executors and gifts collection.
• Process planned gift and estate distributions and draft acknowledgement letters.
• Oversee charitable gift annuity agreements with State Street contact; support data cleanup.
• Participate in department projects and uphold EDF values and culture.
