HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge is actively seeking a Physician Recruiter to manage recruitment and placement across the lifecycle for facilities in Wichita, KS and Denver, CO, based in Lone Tree, CO in a hybrid model.

The role partners with hospital CEOs and Physician Services to determine staffing needs, develops recruitment strategies, and ensures data integrity across Salesforce/Optimum systems, with a focus on timely, high-quality candidate selection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with facility CEOs, Physician Services partners, and community practices.
• Creates and executes opportunity-specific recruitment plans aligned with leadership standards.
• Acts as a liaison among market leadership, Physician Services, candidates, and physicians.
• Screens, interviews, and placement coordination with proper candidate vetting.
• Negotiates contracts and creates physician spend proformas.
