HCA Healthcare is seeking a Physician Recruiter to join our team. This hybrid role supports facilities in Wichita, KS and Denver, CO, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

You will build relationships with facility leaders, develop recruitment plans, negotiate contracts, and manage candidate processes from sourcing to placement. Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years of related experience, with strong data and relationship skills.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; 3+ years related experience and/or training.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and maintains relationships with facility CEOs and partners.
• Develops recruitment plans and ensures programs, policies, and procedures for recruitment, screening, selection, and placement of physicians/providers are compliant with current recruitment standards established by leadership.
• Serves as communication liaison with market leadership, Physician Services, candidates and physicians.
• Plans and directs activities to carry out such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, and overseeing quality check processes as outlined by department for proper candidate vetting and selection, checking references and background.
• Ability to negotiate financial contracts and create physician spend proformas.
• Maintains data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and recruitment results to maintain accurate and comprehensive files such as candidate records, internal and external reports and correspondence.
