Job summary

Hamilton Health Box seeks a Physician Assistant (PA) to join advanced practice provider team. The role combines onsite physician-supervised care with telemedicine, serving employer and rural clinics across the country.

You will support health coaching, disease management, preventive screening, and education while coordinating care and protocols to improve population health. The PA will participate in urgent and emergent matters, work with management on protocol design, and help ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain patient health under physician supervision.
• Identify care issues and support efficiency for physicians.
• Develop and implement patient management plans and protocols.
• Provide virtual and on-site care across multiple clinics and telemedicine visits.
• Coordinate care and communicate with clinical leadership.
