Job summary

Hamilton Health Box is a rapidly growing healthcare startup operating hybrid telemedicine-enabled primary care clinics for small and medium businesses across the country. We seek an Advanced Practice Provider to work closely with supervising physicians and manage 3-5 micro clinics, delivering both virtual and in-person care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Master of Physician Assistant Studies.
• Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Licensed by the New Mexico State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners or other identified state(s).
• Eligibility for DEA licensure and Basic Cardiac Life Certification.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains patient health under physician supervision.
• Identify short- and long-term patient care issues to support physician efficiency.
• Provide patient care plans and counseling.
• Perform examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Document care in patient records and charting.
• Assist with injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound management.
• Deliver health education and growth/development guidance to patients.
