Hamilton-Health-Box is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to manage 3-5 primary care micro clinics in New Mexico, delivering a mix of virtual and in-person care.

Under physician supervision, you will focus on health coaching, disease management, preventive screening, and education for the surrounding communities.

The role emphasizes collaboration, patient-centered care, and adherence to infection-control and legal requirements, with opportunities for telemedicine and cross-facility support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant program; Master of Physician Assistant Studies.
• Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Licensed by the New Mexico State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners or other identified state(s).
• Eligibility for DEA licensure.
• Basic Cardiac Life Certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical services under physician supervision.
• Identify short-term and long-range patient care issues to support physician efficiency.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage results.
• Document care in patient records.
• Perform injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care.
• Counsel patients on growth, development, and daily living issues.
• Develop and implement patient-management plans.
• Maintain infection-control and safety standards.
• Utilize telemedicine for virtual visits.
• Float and round across facilities; take first-call for Urgent Care APPs.
