Tenstorrent is seeking a talented Physical Design Engineer to implement high-performance blocks for our AI/ML architectures. You will own the complete implementation flow from synthesis to tapeout, collaborating with world-class engineers to push PPA boundaries.

This hybrid role can be based in Austin, TX, Santa Clara, CA, or Fort Collins, CO, with offers aligned to experience levels. We welcome candidates at various seniorities.

Qualificações

• BS/MS/PhD in EE/ECE/CE/CS with proven synthesis, PnR, and timing closure experience.
• Experience with industry-standard tools (FusionCompiler, PrimeTime, RedHawk).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Tcl, Perl, Python).
• Deep understanding of low-power design techniques and advanced node challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Own the complete implementation flow from synthesis to tapeout.
• Drive physical design requirements from early architecture through final signoff.
• Collaborate with RTL and architecture teams to optimize PPA.
