Job summary

Staff2You CV, LLC in Fresno, CA seeks a Phlebotomist / Administrative Assistant to provide blood collection and support Fresno Guest Homes operations. The role combines skilled venipuncture, specimen labeling and handling with general office duties and patient-centered service.

Under clinical supervision of Victor S. Flauta, MD & Associates, the candidate will maintain infection control, manage lab orders, and handle administrative tasks such as filing, enrollment support, and document

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) license valid in the State of California.
• At least 2 years combined experience in phlebotomy and administrative roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace.
• Criminal background clearance required.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License.
• Pre-employment TB test is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws as ordered by licensed staff; document as required.
• Label, process, and prepare specimens for lab transport.
• Maintain infection control protocols and patient safety.
• Track lab orders and follow up on results.
• Maintain phlebotomy supplies and workspace readiness.
• Conduct procedures under supervision of Victor S. Flauta MD & Associates, PC.
• Provide general administrative support in an office environment.
• Scan and file confidential documents electronically.
• Assist with enrollment and documentation collection; support incident reporting and tracking.
• Manage office supplies and support multiple administrative personnel.
• Complete clerical tasks and participate in ongoing projects as needed.
