Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician with hospital purchasing and inventory experience.
• Currently registered as a Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting and 1 year of job-related experience or 5 years of job-related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge and experience with health care information systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; experience with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to synthesize data and build an argument based on data.
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.

• Oversee analytical operations in the pharmacy department.
• Conduct data reporting and analysis to support budget and process improvements.
• Monitor plans, processes, and budgets, tracking revenue and expenditures.
