Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is partnering with a Philadelphia-area independent insurance agency to hire a Junior Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. The role focuses on client interaction, policy servicing, renewals, and account rounding in a high-volume setting.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year Personal Lines servicing experience, an active P&C license, and proficiency with AMS360, Microsoft Office, and Zoom. Hybrid schedule available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Personal Lines insurance servicing experience in an independent agency.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Experience with multiple carriers and agency systems such as AMS360.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a Personal Lines book of business.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and endorsements.
• Process policy transactions and coordinate with carriers and insureds.
• Support clients through the claims process and identify coverage opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records using AMS360 and related systems.
