Job summary

Willis Towers Watson, a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, seeks a Senior Client Manager for Personal Lines focusing on High Net Worth clients. You will manage placement, service, and proactive risk assessment in an automated environment, building strong client relationships and driving growth across multi-state accounts.

You will handle RFPs, proposals, and renewals with underwriters, ensuring accurate policy delivery and compliance with regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Personal Insurance/Private Client.
• Property and Casualty license required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of Personal Lines products and carriers.
• Presentation and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage placement and service of Personal Lines for Willis Towers Watson clients in an automated environment.
• Maintain client relationships and support retention above regional averages.
• Assist in sales processes (RFPs, proposals, presentations).
• Provide risk management analysis for new business and renewals.
• Make recommendations to update and enhance policy contracts.
• Process new business, renewals, and remarkets with carrier coordination and delivery of documents.
• Identify coverage enhancements and cross-sell opportunities.
