Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate or GED required; advanced training desired.
• 1+ years of P&C insurance experience preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license required at hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Review renewal policies for rating, coverage, completeness, and signatures; coordinate electronic input of transactions, orders, policy changes and cancellations; ensure documents are delivered to appropriate parties.
• Prepare marketing information including coverage and costing comparisons, risk and loss analysis, or rating differences from carrier underwriting and marketing information files for producers and clients.
• Prepare quotations for producers and clients and assist producers in answering questions about policy applications and likelihood of acceptance.
• Maintain extensive contact with carriers, producers, clients, and regulatory agencies to facilitate service.
• Maintain electronic and/or paper files in an orderly, timely manner and support follow-up on outstanding matters.
• Prepare/request insurance documents including binders, certificates, property schedules, and identification cards.
• Perform account management support tasks such as handling payment requests and updating client information.
• Perform special projects at management’s request.
