Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to manage a book of personal line accounts, market to carriers, and prepare quotes and proposals. You will handle policy inquiries by email and phone, maintain renewal controls, and ensure policy accuracy.

We offer licensing support, comprehensive benefits, and a path to professional growth in a hybrid role with three days in the office each week. A HS diploma is required, and HUB will fund your P&C license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and with clients.
• Willingness to obtain property & casualty license within 90 days; HUB will pay for licensing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of personal line accounts, including marketing to carriers and preparing quotes and proposals.
• Respond to policy inquiries via email and phone; support renewal controls on expirations and binders.
• Check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and maintain organized account files.
