Job summary

Isaacs & Isaacs PSC in Louisville, KY seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support personal injury litigation from intake through resolution. The role is hybrid with emphasis on case management and client communication.

You will draft pleadings, manage deadlines, coordinate depositions and trial preparation, and work with Filevine and Microsoft Office. Experience with motor vehicle and personal injury cases in Kentucky preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience handling motor vehicle accident and personal injury cases in Kentucky.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, including e-filing.
• Proficiency with Filevine and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain personal injury litigation case files from intake through resolution.
• Maintain regular client communication (minimum every 30 days).
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses.
• Coordinate and assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Maintain and track case deadlines, court dates, and attorney calendars.
