• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal focusing on personal injury cases.
• Proficiency in e-filing, drafting complaints, and organizing complex litigation materials.

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, e-file documents, and organize materials for litigation processes, including mediation and depositions.
• Independently manage cases from post-intake handoff through closure, ensuring timely progression and client communication.
• Proactively manage attorney calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
• Prepare settlement documentation, coordinate logistics, and oversee the closure process with clients, including disbursement arrangements.
• Build strong rapport with clients, providing empathetic support and clear communication throughout their legal journeys.
• Support scheduled client meetings, walk-ins, and deposition/mediation setups as the onsite litigation support presence.
