Isaacs & Isaacs Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload from investigation through settlement or transfer to litigation. You will advocate for clients, evaluate damages, and negotiate with insurance carriers while collaborating with our legal team to pursue fair compensation.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois law license in good standing required.
• At least two years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume personal injury caseload.
• Strong understanding of personal injury claims and applicable laws.
• Demonstrated settlement-negotiation and case-evaluation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, time-management, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters through the pre-litigation process.
• Provide responsive, compassionate service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Investigate liability, insurance coverage, injuries, and damages.
• Gather and review medical records, bills, accident reports, wage-loss documentation, and other evidence.
• Guide clients through each stage of the claims process.
• Evaluate case value and develop settlement strategies.
• Prepare and submit persuasive settlement demands.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense representatives.
• Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and other professionals.
• Identify cases that require litigation and collaborate with the litigation team for transitions.
• Participate in relevant training programs and professional development.
