GreenLite is seeking a Project Manager, Permit Operations to join the GLX Operations and Regulatory Team in NYC. You will manage a portfolio of permit projects, service clients, and coordinate with Permit Coordinators and the Head of Code Enforcement.

Strong communication and understanding of construction timelines are essential. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in permitting or related fields, with a degree in policy, planning, or real estate development.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in construction permitting, entitlements, or related fields.
• Degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Paralegal certs/CPM/RE License/Contractors License may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory research and diligence for development projects, public works, and licensing.
• Communicate with local governments to confirm processes and gather information.
• Gather documents, complete applications, and submit to agencies for permits.
• Follow up on applications and manage timelines to secure approvals.
• Forecast project timelines and coordinate with Permit Coordinators.
