Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-Generation approach knowledge and implementation.
• Experience supervising professional casework staff in a public or private human services setting.
• Ability to interpret Colorado statutes, rules, and policies and apply them to practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff scheduling and supervision to manage caseloads.
• Organizes unit workflow to ensure coverage and efficiency in case management.
• Determines resources required and supports budgeting requests.
• Assigns duties to staff and provides guidance on day-to-day tasks.
• Coaches staff on rules, policies, and best practices; supports professional growth.
• Monitors performance and ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
