Panthera Grid Partners is seeking a Performance Engineer to maximize the operational and financial performance of utility-scale solar and energy storage assets. You will lead performance analytics, production forecasting, and optimization initiatives across a growing renewable portfolio.

The role requires expertise in PV systems, BESS, SCADA analytics, and advanced data science techniques. Hybrid in Houston with collaboration across O&M, Asset Management, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in renewable industry, performance-related role
• Strong PV solar and BESS knowledge
• Proficiency in data analysis with Excel, Python, MATLAB
• Experience with PVsyst software and performance testing

Responsabilités

• Monitor fleet-wide solar plant performance vs budget and forecasts
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs
• Lead root-cause analyses for underperformance events
• Analyze SCADA, meteorological, inverter data for issues and optimization
• Support due diligence for acquisitions and portfolio valuations
