Job summary

Amerit Consulting supports a Medical Center facility affiliated with a California Public Ivy university, one of California's largest health delivery systems. The client seeks a PeopleSoft Techno Functional Analyst to support Grants, Contracts, Projects, Billing and AR modules.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise software support, strong SQL/data skills, and experience coordinating with developers. Hybrid work arrangement; W2 only; no sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of function/technical support of enterprise software, especially PeopleSoft Grants, Contracts, Projects, Billing and AR modules.
• Strong SQL, data extraction/organization and analysis skills.
• 5+ years in budgeting/size/complexity/scope of operation and accounting systems.
• Advanced knowledge of application design, documentation requirements and testing methodologies.
• Ability to gather, translate and present complex end-user requirements to technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Research Administration Systems (RAS), AR and related integrations.
• Act as a bridge between end-users and development resources.
• Document requirements and translate into functional specifications for developers.
• Triage complex system problems using incident management and ticketing systems.
• Create training materials for system support and change management.
• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to solve complex business or system issues.
