Job summary

Two Six Technologies is a hybrid employer seeking a People Operations Project Analyst to drive employee initiatives with a strong emphasis on data analytics. You will apply project management frameworks to manage end-to-end People Team initiatives, while establishing clear reporting and dashboards across the employee lifecycle.

The role combines analytical rigor with a human-centered approach, requiring collaboration with People Operations, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams in a hybrid Arlington

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, project coordination, or People Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, SurveyMonkey, data reporting and organization (Google Suite & Box).
• Strong interest in humans at work and numbers.
• Advanced to mid-level Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end People Team initiatives using PMP/Agile frameworks.
• Establish and maintain reporting for People Operations with Tableau, Excel, and SurveyMonkey.
• Map and optimize touchpoints across the employee lifecycle and drive HR initiatives.
• Design and implement engagement strategies, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
• Lead change management efforts to help adoption of organizational shifts.
