Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to Advanced).
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ongoing commitment to quality.
• Experience in pensions service industry desirable; local government experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing and checking data and queries by following procedures correctly and meeting agreed deadlines.
• Planning, prioritising and delivering assigned project activities for each client, including client project reporting.
• Reviewing project tracker and ensuring daily, monthly and annual processes are completed.
• Investigation of background to cases by reference to archived files and system data.
• Participating in client catch-up calls and meetings as appropriate.
• Highlighting risks and errors to relevant parties following risk management processes.
• Building strong relationships with client teams and third-party providers.
• Maintaining awareness of chargeable time and supporting events teams as needed.
• Adhering to timescales and reviewing mailbox and work allocation tool.
