Blackbird Health is hiring therapists to deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You will build meaningful relationships, support engagement in treatment, and apply evidence-based approaches that foster long-term progress within an interdisciplinary team.

The role offers flexible tracks (W2 full-time, W2 part-time, or 1099 contractor) with base salaries up to six figures, a comprehensive benefits package, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience with children and adolescents in therapy
• Telehealth or virtual setting experience
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers
• Deliver virtual and in-person therapy sessions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support client progress
• Educate caregivers on therapeutic approaches and progress
