Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Child and Adolescent Therapist to provide virtual and onsite therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults up to 26 years, along with their caregivers. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.

This role emphasizes family-centered, high-touch care, with a guaranteed caseload, flexible tracks (W2 full-time, part-time, or 1099), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, young adults ages 2–26 and their caregivers, in virtual and in-person settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic approaches to support ongoing progress.
