The Little Years Therapy Co. is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist in the Tampa, FL area. This hybrid role offers some work-from-home flexibility and clinics in Valrico/Riverview and/or Tampa.

You will assess children’s functional abilities and develop individualized plans to support participation at home, school, and in the community. You will collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to implement evidence-based interventions, document progress, and educate families on

Qualifikationen

• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist is required; national certification (OTR) is preferred.
• Experience in pediatric settings such as outpatient clinics, schools, or early intervention programs is beneficial.
• Strong skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions for children.
• Foundational knowledge in medicine relevant to pediatric therapy and understanding developmental conditions.

• Provide direct therapy sessions to pediatric clients.
• Document progress and outcomes in EHRs.
• Communicate with families and caregivers about goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare and educational professionals.
• Educate families on home programs and carryover plans.
• Adjust interventions based on ongoing evaluation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Some administrative tasks, telehealth sessions, and care coordination may be done remotely.
