Job summary

Boost Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based OT services in the Tampa area. You will administer occupational therapy in patients' homes under physician orders and the plan of care, coordinating with clinical leadership to ensure optimal recovery and independence.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, mobility improvement, and periodic care planning discussions with the patient and family.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an OT curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and AOTA.
• Eligible for the National Registration Examination (AOTA).
• Currently licensed by the state board of Occupational and Physical Therapy Examiners, if licensure applies.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed occupational therapy on an intermittent basis in patients' homes.
• Perform initial assessment, develop and modify plan of care, and reassess every 30 days.
• Consult with physicians regarding treatment changes.
