Little Steps Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team in Palm Harbor. The role includes clinical therapy at our Palm Harbor clinic, plus telehealth visits, and early intervention through the Florida Early Steps program.

Qualifications

• Florida DOH Occupational Therapist license is required.
• At least one year post graduate work experience.
• Current West Central Early Steps provider or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with the pediatric population.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Fun, passionate, and engaging personality.
• Ability to travel between natural environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, engaging therapy to the pediatric population.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of disorders within a wide age range.
• Maintain accurate documentation within a timely manner.
• Participate and collaborate within a multi-disciplinary practice.
• Communicate effectively and work closely with family members, caregivers, and doctors.
• Provide services in-person and via telehealth.
• Provide early intervention services to the pediatric infant and toddler population through the FL Early Steps Program.
• Participate in and assist in development of high-quality pediatric group programming, if desired.
• Participate in team meetings, and continuing education opportunities.
