Job summary

The Little Years Therapy Co. is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL. You will evaluate children, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy in clinic, school, home, or teletherapy settings, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, assessments, and plans in compliance with standards, and contributing to program development with ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Florida state licensure or eligibility required.
• CCC-SLP certification or clinical fellowship in progress preferred.
• Experience with pediatric language, articulation, and feeding therapies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children for speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy in clinic, school, home, or teletherapy settings.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document progress and treatment notes per standards.
