Job summary

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented PD and Sourcing Coordinator for our client in Hingham, MA. This hybrid position offers 4 days on-site and 1 day remote, with pay up to $37/hr and duration through mid-December.

The role supports sourcing and product development, manages PO calendars, reports, and vendor communications with overseas partners, and collaborates across design, merchandising, planning, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous administrative, coordinator, operations, sourcing, product development, or related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with data entry, reporting, and business systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables is highly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer-service mindset with the ability to build strong working relationship

Responsibilities

• Maintain purchase order calendars, seasonal order tracking, and key sourcing deadlines
• Ensure timely and accurate entry and maintenance of data within company systems
• Pull, update, and analyze reports using Excel and internal databases
• Organize and maintain sourcing documentation, reporting, and production records
• Monitor work-in-progress reports and support purchase order finalization activities
• Communicate daily with overseas vendors, agents, and internal business partners
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Planning, Technical Design, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams
• Assist with issue resolution and help identify solutions to support production timelines
• Support sourcing leadership with special projects and ongoing operational needs
