Job summary

Serena & Lily is seeking a detail‑oriented Sourcing Coordinator in Sausalito, CA to support the Sourcing team. You will pull data, organize vendor chargebacks, and help drive on-time product development in a fast‑paced environment.

This role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, data management, and effective communication with vendors. The hybrid work model requires three days in the office, with additional days as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1 year's experience in retail role.
• Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and data management skills.
• Proactive and takes initiative, resourceful, and the ability to shift priorities in support of the business.
• Hybrid work environment: 3 days in the office required, more if needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull and compile data from databases/spreadsheets to support sourcing decisions.
• Gather and organize vendor chargeback documentation; ensure files are complete.
• Summarize chargeback details and follow up with internal teams and vendors.
• Support vendor cost evaluations by collecting pricing inputs and preparing reports.
• Update chargeback metrics and spot discrepancies for sourcing review.
• Collect and track damage/defective returns; log findings with evidence.
• Coordinate CAP follow-up by tracking responses and due dates.
• Respond to customer inquiries in Gladly with Sourcing Manager input.
• Support sample management for resourcing and vendor explorations.
• Coordinate with logistics on product classification data.
• Maintain product info repositories for active sourcing needs.
• Assist QA by compiling records and closing investigation loops.
• Vendor / cross-functional communication at coordinator level.
• Escalate data/process gaps to the Sourcing Manager and resolve.
• Assist sourcing with admin and operational tasks for production.
