Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing or general accounting.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and general ledger activity.

Responsibilities

• Process regular, supplemental, bonus, and commission payrolls using ADP Workforce Now.
• Prepare payroll journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end close, variance analysis, and audits.
