Job summary

Responsibilities include processing timecards, generating checks and direct deposits, and preparing earnings and tax reports.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background in customer service, client service, operations, payroll or financial systems is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Able to learn new software quickly and communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Strong integrity and accuracy with data handling.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for client employees and vendors with accurate calculations and timely checks.
• Maintain payroll data: exemptions, insurance, deductions, job titles, client info.
• Prepare payroll reports summarizing earnings, taxes, deductions, and non-taxable wages.
• Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information and communicating with stakeholders.
• Ensure confidentiality of payroll information and comply with policies and procedures.
• Respond to questions via phone and email in a fast-paced environment.
• Support overtime and weekend scheduling to meet high-volume demands.
