Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 credit hours of accounting coursework or equivalent.
• Five+ years of experience in accounting and accounts payable operations preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading a team and knowledge of state/federal policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payment file verification, approval, and release through Wells Fargo and PaymentWorks.
• Supervise five payables specialists and one payables accountant.
• Drive process improvements and coordinate financial system enhancements.
• Support year-end close, reporting, and audits.
