Job summary

The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support payroll, personnel, and fiscal administration for Academic Affairs programs. This role reports to the Interim Supervisor of Personnel Services and ensures accurate OneRF/Workday payroll processing, time and leave review, and data reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in payroll administration or related field.
• Proficiency with Excel and ability to reconcile data.
• Ability to learn OneRF/Workday or similar HRIS system.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate bi-weekly payroll activity in OneRF/Workday.
• Review time tracking records and payroll inputs for accuracy.
• Prepare payroll-related data changes and journal entries.
• Provide guidance on payroll deadlines and approvals.
