Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Minneapolis, MN for a temporary system transition role. The analyst will ensure accurate payroll for flight crews, audit pay against CBAs, and collaborate with Payroll, Crew Planning, Inflight, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.

Required qualifications include 2+ years in payroll or accounting, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Hybrid work arrangement with base compensation in a defined range.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll or accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills including ability to interpret schedules and data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Perform crew pay audits and apply CBAs to ensure accuracy.
• Process payroll for pilots and flight attendants as needed.
• Conduct regular pay audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll systems and document procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve pay accuracy and data quality.
