Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on bookkeeping or accounting support.
• Direct payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP software and payroll systems.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots).
• Strong reconciliation, organization and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing and record payments; process vendor invoices and approvals.
• Reconcile payments, expenses and supporting docs; resolve billing discrepancies.
• Process payroll accurately (timekeeping, changes, separations).
• Maintain confidential records for accounting, payroll, vendors, and employees.
• Prepare recurring financial/expense reports; monitor budgets and variances.
• Process refunds/credits/discounts with documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate office supplies purchases within budgets.
• Provide professional communication with customers, vendors, employees, and leaders.
