Job summary

Strive Health Solutions, Inc. seeks an Accounts Payable Coordinator in Denver, CO to support the Accounting team with invoice processing, coding, and timely payments. You will verify invoices, manage reimbursements, and assist with month-end close, ensuring accuracy across systems.

Collaborating with Stampli, NetSuite, and Navan, you’ll help maintain strong internal controls and timely financial reporting in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounts payable experience in a full-cycle, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connectivity (minimum speeds: 3.8 Mbps download / 3.0 Mbps upload; latency under 60 MS).
• Ability to travel and work onsite as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and coding.
• Route invoices through Stampli for coding and approvals.
• Process weekly AP disbursements, including checks and ACH payments.
• Maintain vendor records in NetSuite and verify banking instructions.
• Assist with month-end close and AP accruals.
