You will ensure regulatory compliance, accurate processing, and timely reporting, coordinating with project managers, employees, vendors, and clients. This hybrid role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of payroll processing and accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll administration.
• Knowledge of California wage and hour regulations.
• Proficiency with payroll, timekeeping, and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: coordinate onboarding, maintain records, review timekeeping, and process biweekly payroll with adjustments.
• 401(k) Administration: enroll employees, verify deductions, and process contributions.
• Accounts Payable: review invoices, process payments, reconcile statements, and manage aging.
• Accounts Receivable: manage customer accounts, issue invoices, and reconcile receivables.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
