Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to manage bi-weekly payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance in a hybrid work setting in Alpharetta, GA.

The role supports onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and reporting, ensuring timely payroll and accurate benefits for employees. Ideal candidates have multi-state payroll experience, proficiency with Paycor HRIS and bswi ft, and a strong understanding of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification a plus.
• 2+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately for all employees, including deductions and taxes.
• Administer employee benefit programs, enrollments, life events, and Open Enrollment.
• Manage Workers' Compensation program, claims, and annual audits.
• Ensure HR audits and reporting comply with federal/state/local regulations (ACA, EEO-1, I-9, E-Verify).
• Support onboarding, HRIS updates, and employee inquiries.
• Generate payroll/benefits reports and maintain HR documentation and SOPs.
