Job summary

Conservice LLC in Logan, Utah is seeking a Payments Processor to join the payments team on a hybrid schedule (1 day in office, more as needed). The role handles processing various payments for residents and clients and ensuring timely application of funds.

You will reconcile batches, mail returned payments, and support mail routing. The position requires attention to detail, multitasking, and strong communication skills, with HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, and 10-Key.

Responsibilities

• Process various kinds of payments, including physical checks, E-box, Moneygram, Lockbox, credit card, EFT payments for resident and client payments.
• Send payments to the bank and apply payments to residents'/clients' ledgers.
• Reconcile payment batches for accuracy.
• Prepare and mail out returned payments to residents/clients
• Sort physical mail and deliver to the corresponding teams.
