Job summary

Resource Innovations in Murray, UT is seeking an Incentive Processing & Accounting Specialist to support incentive processing, batching, and account reconciliations. The role involves reviewing payments, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with multiple teams to resolve issues.

A strong background in transactional accounting and ERP systems is preferred. The position is hybrid in Utah with opportunities to contribute to payment controls, financial reporting, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, payment processing, or related transactional environment.
• Experience performing bank, accounts payable, general ledger, or other financial reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with formulas, filters, lookups, and large data sets.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Supports incentive processing and fulfillment activities, including preparing, reviewing, and processing incentive batches to ensure timely customer payments.
• Performs bank and accounts payable reconciliations, researches variances, and resolves discrepancies to maintain accurate records and controls.
• Reviews incentive payment data and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with processes before payment.
• Coordinates with Incentive Processing, Accounting, and internal teams to resolve payment, reconciliation, and transactional issues promptly.
• Assists with end-to-end incentive payment process including batching, payment prep, fulfillment, and related accounting support.
