Responsabilités

• Post payments to the practice management system and reconcile daily.
• Balance batches and investigate discrepancies to ensure daily balance.
• Communicate payment denials and coordinate with billing representatives.
• Maintain professional interactions with patients, carriers and staff; assist with coverage as needed.
