Job summary

Atlas Travel is seeking a Payment Platform & Treasury Operations Manager to own the Roam payment rails, optimize processing costs, and ensure secure, scalable financial data flows. You’ll partner with Finance, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to translate client needs into platform improvements and onboarding efficiencies.

The role requires treasury and payments operations expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a focus on data integrity across ERP and payment rails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years in treasury, payments operations, fintech platform management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with payment gateways/rails (Stripe/Brex/Revolut) and ERP integrations.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into IT roadmap requirements and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance and payment platform, overseeing processing capabilities and cost-focused improvements.
• Manage treasury operations, cash settlement, GL reconciliations and risk controls.
• Bridge Finance, Engineering and GTM to align product roadmap with client needs and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to onboard key clients and optimize platform economics.
