Job summary

Toast is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst, Cash Management & Operations, to scale our global treasury program. Lead cash positioning, bank accounts, and fintech solutions while optimizing treasury technology and processes.

You will design dashboards, develop cash forecasts, and partner with Accounting, Finance, and Tax to align treasury with company goals. This role emphasizes collaboration and governance across a multinational organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury management.
• Knowledge of global banking and payments, cash forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience with treasury management systems and related applications.
• Enthusiastic and collaborative approach with banking partners.
• Strong partnership and management skills across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support global treasury operations, including cash positioning and payments, bank account management, intercompany, and banking administration.
• Partner with various departments to create and manage a direct cash flow forecast by gathering information on cash flows, pending transactions, and upcoming financial needs.
• Collaborate with the broader treasury on implementing and utilizing treasury management systems and other technology tools to automate and streamline processes.
• Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools to provide real‑time visibility into cash positions, liquidity, and treasury metrics.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for treasury operations to ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards (SOX Controls).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Accounting, Finance and Tax, to align Treasury activities with broader financial objectives.
