Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior treasury leader to design global liquidity structures and oversee optimization of banking platforms and payment rails. You will partner with treasury operations, tax and other stakeholders to implement efficient cross-border and domestic solutions.

The role involves leading cryptocurrency infrastructure initiatives, managing multi-currency treasury operations, and guiding system integration with IT and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of treasury, fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services experience.
• Deep understanding of global multi-currency treasury operations and payment systems.
• Direct experience with stablecoins or crypto infrastructure, including settlement.
• Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing Treasury Management Systems.
• MBA, CFA, or CTP designations preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop global liquidity structure strategy with treasury ops, tax and stakeholders.
• Optimize treasury payment rails (wire, ACH, cross-border) to reduce costs.
• Lead TMS and banking platform optimization with IT for reliable end-to-end flows.
• Liaise between Treasury, IT, Accounting and business units on system capabilities.
• Identify and implement process improvements across treasury, cash movement and integration.
• Support M&A due diligence and treasury structure and system integration.
