Job summary

Atlas Travel & Technology Group is seeking a Payment Platform & Treasury Operations Manager in Marlborough, MA. This role sits in Finance as the single point of accountability for corporate payment infrastructure, merchant services, and payout capabilities.

You will partner with Finance, Engineering and Go-To-Market to optimize costs, ensure data integrity, and scale our payment rails across markets, while aligning roadmaps with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in corporate treasury, payments operations, financial systems, or fintech platform management.
• Experience with Stripe, Brex, Revolut and similar payment gateways.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end oversight of finance and payment solutions, including processing and reconciliation.
• Optimize payment platform costs, interchange rates, acquiring fees and transaction economics.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Finance, IT and Commercial teams to shape product roadmap.
• Assist in onboarding clients onto Atlas Roam payment platforms.
