Job summary

Atlas Travel & Technology Group seeks a Payment Platform & Treasury Operations Manager to own the finance and payment rails across the Roam platform. You will optimize cash settlement, fees, and GL reconciliations, partnering with Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams.

This exempt, full-time role in Marlborough, MA requires 5–8+ years in treasury/payments and hands-on experience with Stripe, Brex, Revolut, and Unit4 ERP, with occasional travel to HQ.

Qualifications

Experience managing modern payment gateways and processing platforms.
Strong corporate treasury and liquidity management knowledge.
Ability to translate business needs into IT roadmap.
Experience onboarding enterprise clients and managing vendors.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize the finance and payment solutions platform.
Analyze costs, interchange rates, and fees to reduce expenses.
Oversee vendor relationships, SLAs, and reporting tools.
Collaborate with Finance, Engineering and Sales to onboard clients.
Define requirements from customer feedback for engineering roadmap.
Guide cross-functional teams in payments operations.
Occasionally travel to Marlborough HQ.
